Knitted at 7 gauge, which is roughly twice the yarn of the crew neck and why it weighs 620 g. The roll neck is double-thickness so it stands rather than slumping after a month.
This is a coat-replacement knit. Worn over a shirt in a cold house it is often enough on its own.
