Prices are in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate for EU destinations. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is set out on the shipping page.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, prices exclude import duty and local VAT, which the carrier charges you on delivery.
Where a product shows a reduced price against a higher one, the higher figure is the price we ourselves charged for that item for at least 30 consecutive days in the six months before the reduction. We do not inflate a reference price in order to advertise a discount.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and if you have paid, we refund in full.
Because yarn is dyed in batches, the shade of a knitted item may vary slightly between runs and from the photographs. That is a property of the material and is not a defect.
Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates in working days, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel does not arrive, tell us and we will chase the carrier and either replace the order or refund it.
As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We extend this voluntarily to 60 days. The item must be unworn, with its tags attached. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
We refund within 14 days of the return arriving, to the original payment method.
You have a statutory right to goods that conform to the contract, which under EU and Dutch law runs for two years. On top of that we repair knitwear from this range free of charge for 3 years, on the terms set out on the wool care and repairs page. That service is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or limit them.
The photographs, text, patterns and designs on this site belong to us. Every pattern and colourway in the range is drawn in our own studio — we do not make, sell or copy other companies' designs or trade marks, and nothing here is offered as a version of another brand's product. Our garments carry no logo of any kind, ours included.
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, and we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Dutch law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Email support@averiquei.com. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14 days. If we cannot agree, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
Dutch law applies, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. This does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
